| Upset Sale Notice Fee | $11.00 / per notice |

| Upset Sale Advertising Fee | $100.00 |
| Upset Sale Personal Service Fee | $45.00 |
| 10 Day Notice of Sale Fee | $3.50 |
| Deed Preparation Fee - (fee added to Sale Price to Cover the Cost of Creating a Tax Claim Bureau deed or trailer bill of sale on properties sold at tax sale) | $25.00 |
