Tax Claim Bureau Office Information:

Polly Cardone, Director, Blair County Tax Claim Bureau, announced the following new procedures and practices for the office:

Payments can be made by the following:

• Cash

• Money Orders

• Certified Checks

• Personal Checks

No Personal Checks will be accepted 60 days prior to any upcoming tax sale if you are part of that sale

Payments can be mailed to the address listed below; we ask that you put your District/Control number on your check or money order. If you would like a receipt you will need to send a self-addressed stamped envelope.

The office will continue to accept installment payment plans for qualified delinquent taxpayers.
